Campus/Land Use Planning

Working directly with the Headmaster over more than a two-year period, our planning team, lead by NCP (David J. Neuman), developed the first comprehensive campus framework plan for this 251-year old institution, along with a ten-year capital plan for its implementation.

Mitigation Strategies
Building on the admirable record of sustainable practices already in place at The Governor’s Academy, the NCP Team developed a series of objectives related to sustainable and resiliency practices for this environmentally-sensitive campus.
